Return and Refund Policy

Please fill out our return form or CALL use with any questions. 

• Some items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only and may have a 20% restocking fee.
• There are no returns or refunds on: AS-IS (Open Box), Special order or Electronics.
• All parts must be returned, in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition.
• Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
• All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.
• We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding.
• Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to   us that are damaged mid-shipment.
