Some items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only and may have a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns or refunds on: AS-IS (Open Box), Special order or Electronics. All parts must be returned, in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee. We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.

Unlike automotive, RV parts generally cannot be found with year, make, model and VIN info. We recommend sending pictures and details including measurements, brand of item etc. If it is appliance parts you need, please find the manufacturer data tag as this will state model and serial number of the item and will be required info.
